Cartridge Dust Collector

        During normal operation, start the fan, and the dust-laden air enters the submerged dust collector from the top or front inlet, and is filtered through the filter cartridge, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the clean air enters the clean air through the center of the filter cartridge. The air chamber is then discharged through the outlet.

        When the filter cartridge is cleaned, the sequence controller will automatically clean the filter cartridge. At this time, the sequence controller will operate the solenoid valve to open the air diaphragm valve, and the high-pressure air will directly rush into the center of the filter cartridge through the air storage cylinder, blowing off the dust trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. Under the action, it falls down into the dust hopper, and then falls into the designated collection container through the ash discharge mechanism.

Bag type dust collector

        The structure of the bag-type dust collector is mainly composed of five parts: the upper, middle and lower boxes, the ash discharge system and the pulse backflushing system. The bag frame, filter bag, air inlet, and lower box are composed of ash hopper, tripod and inspection door. The pulse backflushing system includes timing controller, electromagnetic diaphragm valve, injection pipe and high-pressure air storage bag. The ash discharge system includes the ash discharge valve and the dust collection container.
